本會宗旨是為團結帮助溫州同胞, 积极溶入澳洲社会, 為同胞在澳大利亞的事業有長足的發展, 為澳中兩地的經濟繁榮作出貢獻, 為維謢同胞的合法权益, 為發揚溫州人的傳統美德, 勤勞拼搏, 團結互助, 努力共創美好的未來。

會 員
凡在澳洲合法居住, 年令18嵗以上, 并从事工商業的溫州藉人士都可申請入會;
申請者必須提供中英文姓名, 年令, 文化程度, 住址及通訊電話;
申請者必需有一位本會介紹人, 並通過理事會審核方可接納為會員;
會員的权利和义务:
- 遵守工商會的章程和決議;
- 按規定交納會員費,
- 有選舉和被選舉權,
- 有建議、批評、監督本會工作的权力,
- 有权要求理事會帮助解決在執業中有关的困難,
- 會員更改地址、電話或职業應及時通知理事會,
- 會員有退會的权力, 但必須有书面申請。
